Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing projects, managing budgets, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement projects in accordance with the organization's goals and objectives
• Manage project budgets, expenses, and reports
• Ensure effective communication and coordination with stakeholders, including team members, partners, and beneficiaries
• Conduct field visits and monitor project progress
• Prepare and submit reports to management
• Assist in fundraising and proposal writing

Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant field (social sciences, development studies, etc.)
• At least 2 years of experience in project coordination or management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and computer applications
• Experience working on skilling projects or with marginalized communities is desirable

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Mobilizer to join our Skilling Program team. The successful candidate will be responsible for mobilizing communities, conducting outreach activities, and promoting our skilling programs to target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Mobilize communities and conduct outreach activities to promote skilling programs
• Identify and engage with local stakeholders, community leaders, and partners
• Conduct awareness sessions, workshops, and training programs
• Develop and maintain relationships with community groups and organizations
• Meet program targets and report on progress

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (social sciences, development studies, etc.)
• At least 6 months of experience in skill-based project mobilization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience working on skilling projects or with marginalized communities is desirable

Position Overview

We are looking for passionate and motivated Fundraising Officers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will play a key role in expanding Sanjeevan's donor base, building long-term partnerships, and securing resources to support our mission of empowering marginalized children and youth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential donors including individuals, foundations, and corporate partners
• Plan and execute fundraising campaigns and community engagement events
• Develop compelling proposals, donor reports, and presentations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential donors
• Collaborate with the communications team to amplify outreach efforts through various media
• Monitor fundraising targets and ensure timely reporting

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in Social Work, Development Studies, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in fundraising or donor engagement (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred)
• Ability to build relationships and network with diverse stakeholders

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Computer Soft Skill Trainer to join our team. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging sessions that enhance the communication, interpersonal, and professional skills of our students, preparing them for employment in diverse sectors.

The Samarth Program by Sanjeevan is a transformative initiative aimed at addressing the employability challenges faced by underprivileged youth in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities across Maharashtra. The program provides skill-based vocational training followed by guaranteed employment placements, empowering youth to lead independent, financially stable lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on communication, teamwork, time management, grooming, and workplace etiquette
• Facilitate group activities, role plays, and interactive learning exercises
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback and guidance
• Create a motivating and inclusive learning environment
• Coordinate with the training team to align soft skills modules with vocational training

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in Social Work, Development Studies, Business, or a related field
