My experience at Sanjeevan Organization has been truly transformative. As I stepped into the labor camps, I was struck by the harsh realities faced by the women and children living there. Despite the challenges, their resilience and determination inspired me.

During my time at Sanjeevan, I had the opportunity to interact with the women and children, listening to their stories and understanding their struggles. I witnessed firsthand the impact of limited access to healthcare, education, and economic opportunities on their lives.

The organization's tireless efforts to provide healthcare services, education, and vocational training to the community left a lasting impression on me. I was impressed by the dedication of the team and their commitment to empowering the marginalized.

My experience at Sanjeevan Organization has not only broadened my perspective but also instilled in me a sense of purpose. It has reminded me of the importance of compassion, empathy, and social responsibility. I feel grateful for the opportunity to contribute, albeit in a small way, to the organization's noble mission.

As I reflect on my experience, I am reminded of the power of collective action and the impact that organizations like Sanjeevan can have on individuals and communities. I look forward to staying engaged with the organization and supporting their endeavors in the future.

Visiting the labor camp for the first time was an emotional and eye-opening experience. I had never seen how construction workers and their families lived in small huts with very basic facilities. What touched me the most was seeing children who were not attending school, some having dropped out due to financial struggles.

But I also saw hope. The Sanjeevan Organization had started a small school right inside the camp, bringing basic education to these children. It was inspiring to see someone caring and trying to make a difference.

However, I noticed many gaps: lack of school supplies, clean toilets, and safe drinking water. I couldn’t walk away after seeing that. Even as a student, I felt the need to act. I decided to raise funds and collect educational materials. This experience has made me more aware and committed to helping wherever I can.

During my one-month journey with Sanjeevan Organisation, I had the opportunity to work closely with the migrant community at a construction site. I was deeply moved by the children’s eagerness to learn, despite limited access to education. Through interactive sessions, I taught them basic English and numeracy, and their enthusiasm revealed their immense potential.

Sanjeevan’s on-site school is a powerful initiative, ensuring children of labourers can continue learning without leaving their living environment. I also engaged with parents to understand their challenges around education and healthcare. Many valued schooling but were held back by financial and social constraints.

Beyond academics, I conducted sessions on sports, creativity, hygiene, and sanitation,empowering children with vital life skills. Their growth over the month was truly inspiring.

This experience opened my eyes to the urgent need for better facilities in labour camps and showed me how meaningful community-driven support can help these children thrive. I'm sincerely grateful to Sanjeevan for this life-changing opportunity.

During my fieldwork with Sanjeevan Organization, I had the opportunity to closely observe the daily lives of women and children living in labor camps. The living conditions were extremely challenging, marked by poor sanitation, limited nutrition, and almost no access to education or healthcare.

While parents worked long hours at construction sites, children were left in unsafe surroundings. Yet, their eagerness to learn was truly inspiring. Even with so little, they showed immense curiosity and joy in learning. The women, too, were motivated to gain literacy, vocational skills, and health awareness to build a better future for their families.

One of the most pressing issues I witnessed was the absence of basic healthcare, especially for women facing maternal health problems. This experience helped me understand the deep connection between poverty, gender inequality, and lack of access to essential services.
